Does the care have to be for a certain length of time or at certain times of the day?
CASA Knowsley can provide assistance from half an hour to 24 hour, 7 days a week. Both long and short term care can be provided - all of our packages are tailor made to suit the individual's needs. Care can even be arranged on an occasional basis if required.

How much will the care service cost?

Is CASA Knowsley insured and registered with The Care Quality Commission?
Yes, CASA Knowsley is fully insured and we are registered with The Care Quality Commission as a care provider

Are your staff fully trained?
CASA Knowsley prides itself on the extensive training programme, in which all staff members are required to participate. We believe that better trained people can provide a higher quality of care service.

Yes, we can provide an escort service.

Can I arrange to see the support worker for an interview before the support package begins?
Yes, we are happy to arrange this

Are all carers' references and criminal backgrounds thoroughly checked?
Yes. It is our company’s policy that all CRB checks are conducted and references that are provided are to our exacting standard.

Can I change my care worker if I want to?
Yes, we believe it is very important for each individual receiving services from us to have a say over who works with them.

Who pays the carer worker? How much do they receive and how much is paid in agency fees?
Our charges include the care worker's wages, travel costs and on-costs. The price you see is the price you pay. Around 60-70% of our fees go directly to the worker and the remainder covers insurance, training, quality control and other indirect costs.
